Our Vision Summary

All children at Loxley should achieve their full potential.  At Loxley we have genuine ambition and care for all children. Children including those with SEND or who are disadvantaged, learn a broad range of knowledge, skills and concepts in depth so they can take full advantage of life’s opportunities, responsibilities and experiences. Every child at Loxley Primary School is special to us and we provide support, challenge and care to help each child thrive.

Our lived vision throughout our school’s work

Effectiveness of Leadership and Management: Leadership at all levels improves outcomes for pupils through expert knowledge, lived values, a collegiate approach and shared ambition.

The Quality of Education: We ensure that a broad, enriching and deep curriculum is taught systematically and purposefully leading to strong, embedded outcomes for pupils.

·Behaviour and Attitudes: All pupils have consistently highly positive attitudes towards learning and are both respected by others and respectful to others; contributing to the warm, safe and caring environment in our school community.

Personal Development Our wider curriculum offer builds pupils’ confidence, resilience, skills and relationships both inside and outside of the classroom. Our offer for personal development is carefully woven through all aspects of school life so opportunities for personal development are a systemic entitlement for all pupils. Our personal development offer is a rich and embedded part of our school culture.

Outcomes:  All pupils, including those who are disadvantaged and those with SEND, achieve very highly. We endeavour to maximise potential in all areas of the school’s curriculum for all pupils, including having well established foundations in reading, writing and mathematics.
